MINI Floor Manager – Sales and F&I
Are you a self-starter with the effort and enthusiasm to work individually?
Do you have Automotive experience in the dealerships various department?
MINI London is currently recruiting a MINI Sales Floor Manager to sell New and Used MINI vehicles and handle all sales in the F&I department.  If offered this position you will be given a rare opportunity to take the lead on MINI London’s entire client portfolio.

  • Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a MINI a dynamic experience and being the main point of contact for your customers
  • Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures and achieving assigned volume and gross profit targets
  • Complete the presentation and documentation of all F&I products and paperwork
  • Create videos/content and, with the assistance of the Marketing Department, edit and upload to all sites
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the MINI vehicle inventory and their competitors to deliver strong product presentations and demonstration drives
  • Detailing your customer follow-up notes, preparation of paperwork and files, and follow through with a world class vehicle delivery experience
  • Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded
  • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by General Manager
  • Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
  • Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction
  • 2-5 years of automotive retail sales experience
  • F&I experience an asset
